Dr. Yuan Wang is an associate professor at the School of Journalism and Communication of Jinan University and is qualified to supervise MA students. She was a visiting scholar at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and Shih Hsin University in Taiwan. Her main research interests include oral communication and culture, and teaching and AI. She has published over 20 papers, and has presided over one project funded by the National Social Science Foundation, three projects funded by the Provincial Social Science Foundation, and six provincial-level teaching teams and teaching research projects. In terms of teaching, the “Practical Skills of On-Camera Reporting” for which she is responsible won the second prize in the Fourth National Teacher Teaching Innovation Competition and the first prize in the Sixth Guangdong Province Young Teachers’ Teaching Competition. In terms of practice, she has won the Guangdong Provincial News Award twice and the Guangdong Provincial Radio, Film and Television Award three times.
