Jean Seaton has spoken to Imke Köhler of Tagesschau at the ARD-Studio London. In the interview Seaton discussed the role of the licence fee in funding the work of the BBC. Seaton also provided an overview of the BBC Charter and how this affects the way the organisation if funded.
