Sebastian Cody is a Visiting Researcher at CAMRI, where his work concerns public service media and transnational cultural diplomacy. The research draws on a career spent between broadcasting, international institutions and public affairs: as co-founder of the production company Open Media, and for fifteen years as Special Adviser to four successive Directors-General of the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA) in Vienna.
He has held long-standing visiting fellowships and associations with the University of Oxford, including at St Antony’s College, the Rothermere American Institute and the Environmental Change Institute, working across political communication, twentieth-century history and environmental policy.
