Steven Barnett speaks to Washington Post about trial of Prince Harry against The Sun
Prof. Steven Barnett has been quoted in a Washington Post background piece for the trial of Prince Harry against The Sun newspaper.
Barnett, who attended the now settled high-profile trial, told the paper on 21 Jan. that the case could be the “first time that there is going to be real accountability for senior executives over what happened. … Were authorizations given by senior executives for any unlawful activity, and if so, by whom?”
On the 22nd, The Sun apologised and agreed to pay “substantial damages” to the Duke of Sussex.
